Iya Katz

Iya Katz is the Director of Elevate Aesthetics Academy and a highly respected clinician, educator, and mentor in aesthetic, regenerative, and functional medicine. With over two decades of hands-on experience in aesthetics and a strong clinical foundation as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse, Iya brings a rare blend of medical expertise, artistic precision, and real-world business insight to aesthetic education. 

Throughout her career, Iya has worked across infusion medicine, autoimmune care, regenerative therapies, and advanced aesthetics—training and treating patients long before aesthetics became mainstream. She founded Elevate Aesthetics Academy after recognizing a critical gap in education: providers were graduating with certificates, but without the confidence, judgment, or real-patient experience needed to practice safely and successfully. 

As Director, Iya is deeply involved in curriculum design, hands-on training, and mentorship. She is known for her no-shortcuts approach, emphasis on anatomy, safety, and complication management, and her commitment to training providers on real patients in real clinical environments. Beyond clinical excellence, she guides students in practice building, branding, GPO access, and long-term career strategy, ensuring graduates are not only skilled—but truly practice-ready.
